About the Artist
Born in the luminous shadows of Saint-Petersburg, Anastassia Onoshko draws
inspiration from the fleeting interplay of light upon water, the quiet majesty of
northern landscapes, and the intimate poetry of everyday moments. Her work speaks
in whispers of colour — soft gradients that recall Monet's water lilies,
the mystical glow of Kuinji's moonlit nights, and the atmospheric depth
of the great European masters.
Her heart is equally drawn to the unexpected poetry of industrial landscapes —
rust-touched steel, silent cranes, factories surrendering to ivy — and to the
sun-bleached boards of Australia, weathered timber carrying the memory
of salt winds and ancient light, each surface a story waiting to be told.
